Its primary mandate is to collect, receive, warehouse and ultimately dispose of Government shares from privatised state entities.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, BPAH will hold Government\u2019s indefinite period shareholding including interest and dividends accrued for investment in a prudent manner. This process was initiated with Government\u2019s shareholding in the BBS Limited.<\/p>\n<p>BPAH is also tasked with the gradual disposal of shares in a prudent and orderly fashion at fair market value to citizens, in line with Government\u2019s privatisation policy.
